Arriving, Staying and Leaving Chateau Miles

Arriving at Chateau Miles

Mondays and Fridays are our main days for arrivals, allowing guests to stay for either a week, mid- week or weekend break.
If these days do not fit in with your travel plans, please phone or email us and we will do our very best to accommodate you, as we are very flexible.

Staying in Chateau Miles
For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that a few guidelines are observed whilst staying with us.

Smoking
Please note that we have a 'Non-Smoking' policy for the inside of our villa. Therefore, we would rather that smoking was kept outside of the Villa for the comfort of future guests.

Pets
So as not to upset the local farmers we do not accept pets (except for guide dogs).

Damage
Unfortunately, sometimes damage is unavoidable. If you do happen to break something please tell us and we will try to put things right with the least cost or inconvenience to you or the people following.

Leaving Chateau Miles

We at Chateau Miles are very enthusiastic and take a real pride in maintaining our very high standards. To help us keep to these we ask that guests leave the property by midday and that it is left in a tidy condition. Saying goodbye to our guests is very important to us as we find it so much easier and much nicer when our guests return to say hello.
